Website Maintenance
Websites are (and should) be continually revamped and updated to adapt to business needs. A process should be in place to handle the administration of these changes in a professional and timely manner.
What A Divine Studio can offer:
- Addition of new content, modification of existing content and deletion of old content
- website design upgrades, enhancements or modifications
- Addition of new website features
- Repairing broken pages or features
Both short and long term packages are available, depending on the needs of business owners.
Hourly Package
- If infrequent website updates are needed, an hourly package will likely suit your needs
- $60/hr, One (1) hour minimum charge, billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
Monthly Website Maintenance Packages
- If your website needs to be updated frequently, it makes sense to purchase a website maintenance package
- Monthly Website Maintenance Packages include:
- Quick turnaround, Priority Service (normally 1-2 business days)
- Modify, update or create new HTML web pages
- Scan and optimize images and place on web site
- Link verification
- Submission of new/updated content to search engines (when combined with our SEO maintenance services)
- Website Maintenance Packages do not include: layout changes, database programming, application (PHP, JSP, ASP etc) programming or Flash animation work (this work would be quoted based on requirements)
Current Packages
Small Business Package
- Three (3) hours of website maintenance per month
- $150/month
Medium Sized Business Package
- Five (5) hours of website maintenance per month
- $250/month
Corporate Maintenance Package
- Ten (10) hours of website maintenance per month
- $500/month
Advanced Maintenance Package
- Twenty (20) hours of website maintenance per month
- $1,000/month
Carry-Over Hours
Hours which you did not exhaust from your maintenance package will be carried over into the next month, for up to 3 months. For Example:
- If you have a Medium Size Business Package and only use three (3) hours (2 carry over hours) in the first month, and then two (2) hours (3 carry over hours) in the second month, you can carry over five (5) unused hours to third month, for a total of ten (10) available hours during the third month. After the third month, unused hours will not be carried over.
Website update requests must be sent by email.
